Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This commission-based role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about marketing and sales within the retail energy sector. The Marketing Associate will be instrumental in generating and landing new leads and retaining customers through effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the energy sector.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).

Knowledge of both retail electricity and gas industries is a plus, but not required.

High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation: Commission-based structure

1st Year	50%	50% of net profit from the sale of electricity and gas services.
2nd year	40%	40% of net profit from the sale of electricity and gas services.
3rd Year and Beyond	30%	30% of net profit from the sale of electricity and gas services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers for both electricity and gas services.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in both energy sectors.

Utilize various channels including digital marketing, social media, events, and direct outreach to attract potential customers.

2. Campaign Management:

Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that promote both electricity and gas services.

Work with the creative team to produce engaging content and promotional materials tailored to both energy sectors.

3. Market Research:

Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for both electricity and gas markets.

Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes for both sectors.

4. Collaboration:

Coordinate with Mountain View Power team to align marketing efforts with sales goals for both electricity and gas services.
