At the November 13, 2023, Regular Council meeting, O-NET Interim CEO Peter Taylor updated Town Council on O-NET’s new television platform. In his presentation, Interim CEO Taylor emphasized that customer experience is O-NET’s priority, and he expanded on two primary initiatives: the core network and the television platform. In the video clip, he candidly acknowledged past stability issues with the TV platform and affirmed O-NET’s commitment to correcting the problems and regaining the community’s support
